The deadline has passed for Paper Submissions.

Paper submission: Authors are invited to submit technical papers describing original work and/or advanced practices on Radio-Frequency, microwave, millimeter-wave, and terahertz (THz) theory and techniques.

NEW THIS YEAR! IMS2016 is using a new papers submissions and processing software. Authors who have not created an account with MP Associates, Inc. for other conferences or when registering for IMS should create a New User Account at IMS2016 Navigation Center prior to paper submission to avoid delay in account activation.

Instructions to create your user account and to submit a paper can be found here.

If you have already created your user account please go to the IMS2016 Navigation Center to login and create your submissions.

Papers should be 3 pages in length (PDF format), and should not exceed two megabyte in file size. Hardcopy and email submissions will not be accepted. Authors must adhere to the format provided in the conference paper template available on the symposium’s website. It is the authors’ responsibility to obtain all required company and government clearances prior to submission. Please don’t wait until the last day to start using the paper submission process. Those unfamiliar with the process may encounter paper formatting or clearance issues that may take time to detailed list of topics and instructions on how to prepare a proposal.

Please click on the menu items to the left to learn more about submitting a proposal or paper to IMS2016.
